Reduce ecological footprint

Reduce water usage
- Take Navy showers (get wet, shut off water, soap up, rinse off), and only allow myself one luxurious bath every week.

Reduce household waste
- Opt out of as much plastic as possible.
- Purchase canvas shopping bags.
- Choose reusable items over disposable.
- Keep a reusable cup in the car for Starbucks runs.
- Recycle all possible recycled material.
- Set up compost bin on back porch

Increase percentage of local food in my diet
- Visit the farmer's market weekly when possible.
- Stop at Ward's supermarket for fresh veggie/fruit runs during the week.

- Plan meals that I can prepare at home every Sunday

- Ensure at least four hours of exercise each week (including commuting on bike).
- Begin calisthenics program to strength train using my own mass.
